Two-factor authentication provides you with secure access to your account by ensuring that a secure code, along with your password, is used to login. You can easily enable this new feature through your Mouseflow account in just a few steps.
Step One: Turning on Two-Factor Authentication
Start by logging into your Mouseflow account. Once you are logged in, click your email address in the upper-right corner, go to Profile, and toggle “Two-Factor Authentication” to “On.”
Step Two: Verify and Quick Setup
After you toggle two-factor authentication to “on,” a new window will appear and guide you through the setup process. Just download the Google Authenticator app, scan the QR code with your phone, and you’ll be presented with an authentication code.
Step Three: You’re all set!
After you enable this feature, you will be prompted to enter the verification code each time you login. From now on, when you login, simply open the app and provide the current code shown on your screen. If needed, you can also type in the manual entry key as an alternative to providing the code - be sure to keep this in a safe place.
