Welcome to the New Dashboard!
After logging in, you should see the Dashboard of the site you were browsing before logging out. If this is your first time logging in, you'll probably see the Manage My Websites page instead. Simply click on any of the websites and it'll take you to the website's dashboard:
Starting From the Top
It's a brand new dashboard, so let's start from the top.
Clicking on this tab lists all of the websites in your account and a link back to Manage My Sites. Clicking on a listed site will take you to that website's dashboard.
Clicking on the Help tab will open a pop-up that enables you to search our Knowledge Base. If you can't find the answer you're looking for, the pop-up enables you to open a ticket at any time.
|Clicking on the email/user icon provides a link to your Account Settings, API key, and also where you can log out of your account.|
|The name of the website you are currently viewing.|
|Clicking this icon will take you to the Website Settings page.|
|Clicking the </> icon will open a pop-up with the website's tracking code.|
By default, this date range is set for the past 30 days. The graph and other data below are a reflection of your website's activities within this date range. By clicking on it, you can customize the date range or choose one of the pre-made options.
The graph shows the amount of traffic this site has received within the specified date range above. Hover over any of the specific dots to see the total number of visits for that day.
|This controls the recording status for this website. Click the square icon to halt recordings and the circle icon to start them again.|
|This shows the total number of recordings this website has received within the specified date range above.|
|The total number of unwatched recordings within the specified date range above.|
|The total number of pages visitors have accessed within the specified data range above.|
