How do I exclude my own IP address?

If you don’t want to record your own or your staff's traffic, you can easily exclude this traffic by blocking the IP addresses you’re using.

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Pick the website you're interested in from the drop down menu next to the "Help" tab.
  3. Click the "Settings" tab on the left hand side.
  4. Add the IPs you wish to exclude in the "Excluded IP Addresses" field.
  5. Click "Save".

You can either use single addresses or IP ranges (you can use the wildcard character ‘*’ as the last character).

Ex: 100.100.100.* , 50.50.* , 40.*

If you have a dynamic IP address you can also disable Mouseflow recordings here.
