Recordings Status is 'Paused'

If your recording status is "Paused" on one or more of your websites, it's because you've run out of recording credits. You can either wait until the next refill date, or you can upgrade to a larger plan. A way to avoid using all your recording credits before the month is over is to adjust the recording rate, meaning adjusting the percentage of visitors that are recorded.
