We don't have Service Level Agreements (SLA) on our regular plans. But we have partnered with a content delivery network (CDN) service that promises 24/7 uptime on the recording scripts, even if we experience downtime in our data center.
We do have Enterprise plans if you need more than 100,000 recordings per month or have special requirements such as a SLA. Please contact us and we'll be happy to find the best plan for you.
